We have a huge selection of garments from a great selection of suppliers and brands. if you cant see the brands in our catalogue it don’t mean we wont use it. enquire further and we will be happy to help,
Yes, depending on the brand and what sizes they range from we can happily mix up the size breaks throughout the run. We might even be happy to mix up stock. just get in touch and we can discuss this option further.
We ask for the highest quality images you can provide. For rasterised files then make sure you work with 300 DPI on the resolution and for the art-board to be as close to the print size as possible
For screen print we need the following formats,
PNG, PDF, TIFF, Vector (EPS, AI PDF)
For Embroidery we need the following formats,
Vector (EPS, AI, PDF)
With any vector make sure any text is expanded so that it doesn’t come through to us wrong. it is always helpful to send a low quality preview image also.
For screen print we can do up to 6 spot colours (each colour is counted as a layer) We can produce more colours if you use gradients which can then be turned into halftones dots. This gives an outcome of shading using the same colour,
For Embroidery we can do up to 6 colours
For Digital any colour amount is possible,
For some inks and garments a white under base is essential, such as water-based inks on dark garments, this gives a nicer end product. White garments don’t need an under base and light garments with a plastisol ink don’t either. But we are happy to tell you accordingly to your job, so get in touch and we can advise further.

What is a ‘halftone’?
What is a halftone? Screen printing is a ‘spot colour’ process – this means that each colour is printed using a mixed ink, and each colour has its own screen to transfer the image onto the garment. Halftones are tiny dots used to recreate shades of an ink colour on press.
This is where the halftone comes in. A halftone is an array of different size dots which allows screen printers to simulate tonal variation when printing with a single ink on press. What’s the benefit? A halftone allows to use one ink colour in one screen, and approximate various shades of that ink colour. The eye blends these tiny dots into smooth tones.
